These search tools are intended to assist site-based 800 MHz licensees to determine whether or not they are required to reconfigure their 800 MHz systems. It is not intended for use by non-800 MHz stakeholders for commercial or business development purposes or by anyone for unlawful purposes.
Some
of the information in the search tools is derived from publicly-available data
from the Universal Licensing System (“ULS”) of the Federal Communications
Commission. The 800 MHz Transition Administrator cannot guarantee the accuracy
of this data. The 800 MHz Transition Administrator has used its best efforts to
ensure that these search tools contain accurate information.
As the ULS database frequently changes, however, the 800 MHz Transition
Administrator cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or
completeness of any of the information contained on, downloaded, or accessed
from these search tools. In no event shall the TA be liable for any damages
whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of information
